OPA: The Physical Incident Management Operating Systemfor high-risk environments.

We protect your workforce before, during, and after an emergency. OPA connects Emergency SOS, Journey Protection, live location intelligence, institutional incident coordination, and auditable response in one resilient safety platform.

Before / During / After

Protection should begin before an emergency happens.

No one should face an emergency alone.

OPA is built around three protection modes that have to work together, not three separate features.

Emergency SOS, Journey Protection, and SafeWalk work across the same incident lifecycle so institutional safety teams can protect people before, during, and after an emergency.

Available

During

Emergency SOS

Immediate active incident response

A user-triggered emergency creates an incident, preserves location context, notifies authorized parties, and gives the Command Center operational visibility as the incident develops.

Available

Before

Journey Protection

User-started protection for higher-risk travel

OPA maintains a protected journey session with durable background location tracking and replay, creating the foundation for Journey Intelligence and higher-risk transit monitoring.

In development

Before

SafeWalk

Destination and time-based arrival protection

Designed for vulnerable short journeys without constant manual check-ins. A user sets an expected arrival window and OPA can escalate overdue journeys through a controlled safety workflow.

Infrastructure data flow

From threat detection to institutional response.

OPA operates as a software coordination layer between the person at risk, the cloud incident engine, and the organization responsible for monitoring and response.

Emergency SOS Ingress

A one-tap SOS initializes an active incident and surfaces it to the authorized Command Center workflow with location and incident context.

Location integrity

When location telemetry becomes stale or unavailable, OPA preserves the last verified position and timestamp and explicitly marks the stream state rather than presenting stale location as current.

Institutional boundary

Facility-scoped authorization and role controls isolate incident access between organizations. OPA Protected Identity is extending this boundary to further separate operational tracking access from sensitive personal identifiers.

Institutional Command Center

Turn an alert into an operational incident.

The OPA Command Center gives security teams a shared operational picture: who needs help, when the incident started, whether location is still arriving, and what has happened since activation.

OPA is a software coordination layer. Response authority remains with the customer's authorized security organization and established emergency procedures.

Live incident queue

Operators receive a bounded facility-scoped view of active emergencies without exposing unrelated incidents.

Live tracking state

Latest verified coordinates, location freshness, sequence state, and bounded journey history support active monitoring.

Controlled access

Authentication and facility membership determine who can view an incident. Operational access does not imply unrestricted account access.

Auditable timeline

OPA preserves a tamper-evident sequence of incident events for review, accountability, and post-incident reporting.

Connectivity & data integrity

Safety systems must remain useful when networks become unreliable.

OPA is designed around durable telemetry, truthful freshness indicators, low-bandwidth operation, and progressively layered communications resilience.

Institutional deployment option

Satellite Failover Shield

OPA institutional deployments can support automated dual-WAN failover at a Security Operations Center, command post, or perimeter gatehouse. Compatible network infrastructure can fail over from terrestrial connectivity to a secondary satellite service such as Starlink.

This protects the Command Center's connectivity when the facility's primary internet path fails. It does not manufacture connectivity for a field handset that has lost all cellular service.

Durable replay

Captured journey fixes remain queued until acknowledged.

Truthful telemetry

Stale or unavailable location is never presented as current.

OPA's Connectivity Ladder is being expanded across full-data, low-bandwidth, SMS-assisted, and additional degraded-network paths. Capabilities are promoted to production only after the relevant delivery path has been implemented and verified.

Security & Protected Identity

Operational visibility without unnecessary exposure.

Physical safety data can be highly sensitive. OPA is designed around least privilege, auditability, integrity verification, and progressive isolation of personally identifiable information.

Available

Role-based incident access

Incident reads are guarded by authenticated role and current facility scope rather than by possession of a stale client-side assumption.

Available

Tamper-evident records

Incident and journey records use integrity controls designed to make unauthorized modification detectable during audit and review.

Architecture in progress

OPA Protected Identity

OPA's privacy architecture is being extended so operational tracking access can remain separate from unrestricted plaintext access to sensitive contact identifiers.

Full incident lifecycle

Before the incident. During the response. After the danger.

OPA is being built as the system of record for physical safety incidents, from proactive journey protection through emergency activation, live tracking, controlled closure, audit, and structured post-incident reporting.
